XpertReview – Hidden meaning of the logo!!




A famous proverb says ‘Images speaks more than word’. From past few years, the same has been proved across various industries as well. Each product of any organization has a hidden meaning behind the logo (which off course is an image) of the product. Similarly XpertReview has a hidden meaning behind its logo.
XpertReview logo is designed in such a way that, the logo clearly indicates the intension and purpose of the product. As a single word ‘XpertReview ‘means that the tool can be used to review the candidates. However, the word and the magnifying glass have more hidden meanings.


The word ‘XpertReview’:
Each letter in the word describes the product characteristics in detail, as described below,
eXtract Potential & Eligible Resources using the Tool, by REViewing them In a more Efficient Way.

The magnifying glass:
In the logo, the letter ‘I’ is replaced by a magnifying glass. This magnifying glass gives more details about the product.
In a general use, magnifying glass is used to see the things clearly and in the internet this symbol is used as a search icon. These meanings are hidden in XpertReview logo. The symbol says that an organization can search for potential and eligible resources in a clearer way. The magnifying glass also has a hidden meaning that, the review process is done in a transparent ( glass has the transparent property ) way.
The head part of the glass, contains symbol of a group of people, that further describes the two essential modules of the product –
  1. Pool of experts.
  2. Pool of candidates.
A further closer look at the magnifying glass gives more hidden messages. The header part of the magnifying glass is aligned above all other letters in the logo – indicating that, XpertReview stands above, than others , in the list of online interview tools. Also the round shape of the head of the magnifying glass, reveals the fact that, the tool can be utilized globally. Here the word globally does not only mean physical boundary, It also means that, the tool can be used across various industries across the globe.

The slight right inclination of the magnifying glass indicates the progressive characteristic of XpertReview.

Introduction to XpertReview™



XpertReview™  is an online application Developed and maintained by xPert Solutions, LLC. The overall idea behind the application is to reduce the walk-in efforts by candidate to attend interviews which ultimately saves resource time and money.
This application allows the candidate to attend interview at their convenient time.
The application has 2 types of interviews:
1) Self-assessment
2) One-on-one  
In 'Self-assessment', a candidate is asked to answer the questions set up by the client, and the interview process is video recorded to make sure that it is fully authenticated.
This module comes up with other 2 options which would be helpful to screen the candidate’s attitude and authenticity.
a) Live proctoring
b) Candidate screen capture.
Though these two options are optional - as per candidates wish - these are guaranteed to provide necessary proofs for authenticity of the candidate.
 In 'One-on-One' interview, a candidate will be interviewed by an expert online who in turn will be selected by a panel of experts .The panel of experts will interview the expert and select them based on their experience and knowledge on the skills.
The expert can define his availability weekly or monthly. The application has a pool of experts from across the world.
Each client can either add their own expert list and pick them up or clients can pick a public expert
(any expert registered by them self and approved by XpertReview™ team through internal process), for 'One-on-One' interview process.
All the recorded videos are stored in the cloud and the videos are encrypted to make sure the privacy of the individual data. The videos can be used for future reference.
